This depends on several factors. Your monthly lease rate, move-in specials offered by the apartment, and the commission amount paid to the Realtor/Locator all impact how much your savings will be.  Typical savings is between $3,000.00 - $9,000.00 every year.

Other than the typical moving expense, there are no costs to you.  Rebate.Rent does not charge you for our service.

Your rebate amount is determined by your monthly lease rate and the commission amount paid to the Realtor/Locator.  Typical rebate is between $750 - $2,500.

Once the Realtor/Locator has received their commission your rebate will be deposited directly into your Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal account.  Apartments usually require that the tenant make two successful rent payments before they'll release the commission to the Realtor/Locator.  60 days after you move in is typically when your rebate will be deposited into your account.

No.  Not all apartments work with Realtors/Locators.  We'll provide you with a list of apartments in the city you're interested in moving to that will get you the maximum rebate possible.
