Once you select the apartment that works best for you, use the information we provide to you when completing your application.

Get paid!  Once the apartment complex has released the Realtor/Locator commission, your rebate will be deposited directly into your Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal account.  The amount you'll receive will be based on several factors, but it's usually between $750 - $2,500.
